Transcendental Meditation has been continuously taught in Australia since the 70’s. Over 6 million people practice TM worldwide.TM is an easy mental technique that brings deep rest to mind and body, it’s so easy a child can do it. TM is practiced for 20 minutes anywhere you can sit comfortably and close your eyes. More than 350 published peer review scientific papers show how TM uniquely changes your nervous system to markedly improve your physical and mental well being. Most people agree meditation is good for you, did you know the research specifically on TM is largely responsible for this belief? This is why I have been teaching only TM for 20 years. Anyone can learn TM in just 5 sessions and everyone gets the benefits every time they meditate.
Benefits of TM include:Exceptionally deep rest, reduced stress and anxiety, reduced heart disease, increased energy and efficiency, greater happiness and improved learning ability.
Recent research indicates that compared to Mindfulness TM is many times more beneficial as it allows the mind to effortlessly transcend the thinking layers of the mind, and experience the quiet settled state of the mind which already exists within us all- unlike other techniques which involve concentration, contemplation and effort to try and quiet the surface thinking mind.
Mindfulness came to the West from Buddhism, but in the East more than 3000 Buddhist monks, in 100 monasteries across Asia recently learned the TM
technique. They discovered that mindfulness is not an experience one has
to try to reach through trying to be mindful of your thoughts or various exercises, but is the natural consequence of the experience of transcending.
Through the TM technique, this experience is reached automatically, in a
natural way, without effort or concentration.
Transcending…more effective treatment for anxiety than relaxation
techniques, mindfulness, psychotherapy or stress management
Imagine the feeling of a child coming home, running into its mother’s arms. The child feels safe, at peace and warm, and all anxiety melts away. That’s what transcending feels like to most people. Coming back home.
Anxiety is often related to deep rooted stresses, stresses that are out of reach of normal therapies, such as relaxation or psychotherapy, which can only work on the surface level of the mind with analysis and intellectual understanding. Transcending allows the mind to settle to its most simple state of inner silence. When the mind settles down to this depth the body automatically follows and gains a profound state of rest, twice as deep as deep sleep. This profound rest dissolves the chemical and physical deposits left in your nervous system by stress.
TM has the power to heal even our deepest stresses. Anxiety, sleeplessness
and fear disappear as a side-effect of regular transcending, a holistic positive transformation that effects all areas of life because TM changes your nervous system measurably…overcome stress, raise your performance, enhance work life balance with TM.
Imagine coming home after work settling down on the couch and doing 20 mins of effortless, peaceful meditation which provides deeper rest than sleep. Opening your eyes feeling rejuvenated, clear, and looking forward to enjoying your evening with family or friends. Then feeling calm, at peace and relaxed for a good nights sleep.
That’s what transcending feels like to most people.

I love TM and Suzanne is brilliant! So thankful I now have this in my life! I highly recommend to everyone! Sheridan Sept 2016
“I notice that even though my sleep patterns are never great (Thank you, Multiple Sclerosis!), when I am meditating regularly I sleep more deeply than when I’m not. The 20 minutes twice a day that I spend meditating result in lasting effects of inner peace, less stress, and truly restful sleep.” — Rennie, former teacher suffering from Multiple Sclerosis induced insomnia
“It’s almost like Transcendental Meditation helps creatively on a level that I can’t describe. I can give you a list of things I think, but it’s tapping into something so deep that when I reap the rewards, I don’t even know I’m reaping them… It’s a more overall kinda thing.” - Eva Mendes, Actress
After the first day of learning Transcendental Meditation, I felt a shift. I felt more peaceful, centered and less anxious. Intuitively, I knew this was what I had been looking for after trying other meditation techniques which seemed to have little effect. Suzanne is a beautiful teacher, with a wealth of knowledge and I'll be recommending her to all my friends. TM is a tool for life. Thanks again, Cindy July 2015
I have done many meditation techniques, but Transcendental Meditation is the best. On day one of TM, I found the amazing benefits & the life-transforming properties of TM. Within a few days, I already felt more calm, happier & more centered. Suzanne is a beautiful teacher & Mornington was the perfect, serene venue. I recommend TM to anyone and everyone!
"I didn't realise I had anxiety until I learnt TM and it disappeared after one week. Now I realise how clear and calm the mind can be. I'm happier, sleep better and don't get irritated with my staff" Jamie May 2015
DJ Moby: "One of the things that impressed me so much about TM when I finally learned it was its simplicity. It's a simple practice that calms the mind...and the thing that won me over about TM...was its effectiveness. Nothing else helped me quiet my mind and go to a calm, centered place. The thing that makes it effective is you don't have to do all that much, and, as a profoundly lazy person, I appreciate that."
" I can't tell you what a relief it was to finally have someone actually understand what I've been going through with my health.. I've been to so many doctors appointments and had so many tests, colonoscopies, heart tests, blood tests etc, I've been to naturopaths, irridoligists, healers and have spent countless hours pouring over 'whole food healing' books and self help books and I'm sure my husband is fed up of hearing me say, 'I think I've got it....!' and watching me embark on various 'detox diets' and spending a fortune on herbal concoctions borne of my research and all the time nothing worked and I just got worse. It's so tiring sitting in front of people and going through my symptoms time and time again, complex as they are, and just be met with a blank stare. But today in my Maharishi Ayurveda Consultation, before I said a word you read my pulse and explained to me what my symptoms were and described my feelings like they were written on my face.. such a relief as you saw...having you explain how and why these symptoms have arisen and to be given a tailored forward plan - I am so thankful!
