Lassi– Summer cooling drink, digestive aid, delicious with meals. Try this recipe for Lassi (pronounced “LAH-see”) is a delicious and simple summer drink. Lassi is fresh yogurt blended with spices and select plants in room temperature pure water. According to Ayurveda, Yogurt by itself can clog the channels of the digestive and elimination systems, but when transformed into lassi it actually aids digestion. Thinning yogurt with water and blending it changes the molecular structure so it is more easily assimilated.
